I got my first citibank card when it was thrust upon me by an agent of theirs while I was doing my MS in Pune(No annual fee and all; you can just keep it.kind of stuff)! That was 6 years ago and till now its the only card that I use even though I have accounts in other banks providing credit cards. But then I started using it after may be a year, that too only occassionally. However soon I started making regular use of it making sure the credit remains within my income(It did take one large credit for me to realize that the interests can be really huge.got my dad to share the payment then!).
Since then I have moved to Guntur, Coimbatore, Madurai and finally to Raipur! But in all this travel the citibank phonebanking and online services provided me easy help. I believe they have the best online services and hence you never need to go to any of their branches, which are very few.
Their website is easy to navigate through. Their reward point system is also quite good and I can even pay my dues by it. I believe SBI has some 3 years validity for its reward points or so I heard from a friend. That is not the case with citibank and I redeemed my points just last year after almost 5 years!
Over all it has been a pleasent experience dealing with citibank and I hope it remains so!
