Citibank touts to be customer centric but its disappointing to note they are not. American Express is best till date. Citibank should learn from AMEX to handle and address customer grievance.. The most benefited people are the frauds who don't pay and enjoy at the cost of their cards.
They do not understand the difference between the cheat and the genuine.
