I am watching once in every month what CITI bank is doing on my part.
I noted that they are adding more charges such as maintenance administration charges+insurance+extra payment.
While calculating the above which are not requested by me, or not a defaulter,
I am not interested on credit cards from CITI BANK.
Other banks never make errors.
If millions are ignoring their error/mistakes, citi bank gets millions in dollars.That is their profit every year.
