After 15 years with Citibank Credit Card, in the past year (or so) they have been lying to promote new offers in order to charge high interest rates.
BEWARE of "deals" they offer, as they will not tell you the truth about the impact of those offers on your regular use of the card.
After 15 years with them, I have canceled my card because of deceitful practices. Do not open a card with them.
Do not accept "offers" from them, as their salespeople outright lie in order to sell their deals. Shame on you, Citicard. You've lost a longtime customer.
