I had taken Citi Premier Miles Credit card. This is upgraded from Citi Platinum Card. Citi even gave me a credit of Rs.500/- in the membership fee of Premier Miles cards. But they just are not ready to close the Old Select Platnum. For 6 Months I have been pursuing with them regular basis for the Closure of old Card.
One Fine day they block all the cards. At Shopping malls I am told by Vedors that Citi Prmier Miles card is rejected. I had accumulated 4800 points on the Premier Miles card. This is also invalidated. I am loosing 4800 points equal to Rs.4800. Citi is taking 6 months to close an Account. They have not closed it. They have blocked a Cistomer totally. Kotak Mahindra takes an Year for closing an account.
In spite of all the talking to the agents & employees - Closing a Card / Account is impossible for whatever reason.
