Story:

I am not talking of someone who has always advocated three virtue - energy creating, entrepreneurship. Someone who lights up the room with his mere presence Peters is passionate, egotistical, evangelical, outrageous and often maddeningly simplistic-but always provocative and fun. And the truth is, most of the time he's right."

From “In search of Excellence” to Re-Imagine TOM PETERS sends some message of people, customers, human side of things, emotions. He had written on young persons world so vibrant, energetic and of people ready of accepting strange ideas. The theme was so redical in 1984 when “In Search of Excellence” was written there was a lot of mild language & a black cover on the book since then the page of change has increased dramatically

There are so many good ideas in these book that you are bound to find something that you can use to make your business better. I am not one of those people who is sucked in by that sort of American enthusiasm that makes people blind to the reality of business, I believe that you learn by doing and I also believe that the best business people learn on the job in their industry and develop a gut instinct for what is right and what is not. Just like learning a martial art, there is no way to learn how to be great in business from a book you have to try it, fail at it, and learn from it. This is one of the central messages at the heart of Tom Peters philosophy.. Try something...Do Something...anything...learn from it...use what you know to do something great...

I hope you do decide to buy the book and find out about the other ideas in there because then you can use your experience to figure out how best to use it to create a better future for you, your family and your company. Imagine, buying just one book could change your life for the better, what would you do with more money or more time to do what you want?
