I feel this review is:
It looks like a mini theather . The quality of seats ar pathetic. Your neck starts aching after a while. The sound is good but too loud for your comfort. You can actually see person sitting in the front and it hampers your screen viewing experience. The leg space is not that great between two rows. All in all you will be uncomfortable watching a movie at this theather.
