In our recent order with cilory we have ordered four items out of which we received only two.we did not receive the american diamond neckwear(A54-AD15), trendy women bangle(E1-BR25), even thought we have paid for it.After waiting for a long period of time and calling N numbers of times to Cilory helpdesk we did not get any response.
Hence I can conclude that cilory has cheated us they even did not take any action on my complaint nor I got any refund. Somebody help how can I take legal actiob on them and can get back my refund.
