My wife placed an order for a kurti couple of months back. They never delivered the product and one fine day she got a message saying that the product has been delivered. We checked with our security and neighbors and there was no such delivery. Upon contacting the cilory customer care, they promised to investigate the issue within a week and they never got back. After numerous calls and countless emails, we are still not able to get our product or any refund. They stopped responding to our emails and calls.
Our honest advice, never order any product from Cilory. They are just another fake e-commerce company trying to cash the boom.
