I just received the jewellery I ordered on guest account (which I did because I was in a hurry). But what they have sent is way below the quality shown in the photos on the website. It resembles something that one can pick off the streets.
They have cheated me big time. AVOID SHOPPING AT CILORY.COM AT ALL COSTS.
It almost appears that they have sent sub standard material knowing well that I cannot return it. Also this was not known to me before I placed the order. Very pathetic service on their part.
VERY VERY BAD. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT SHOP FROM CILORY AGAIN. I ADVISE OTHERS ALSO TO KEEP OFF FROM BUYING HERE.
