I had taken health insurance for my father but on receiving the kit on 18april 2016 I found that month printed on the cashless card was incorrect.
I brought to their notice on next day 19april 2016. After delay response they asked for proof of dob which I had already submitted and additional loading of about 1877 rs for which I denied and requested for correction in dob or full refund of money as the case was within free look up period and I even sent the pdf sent by cigna ttk which itself had id proof of adhar card of my father. After that they refused for correction instead sent me a chart slotfor short term cancellation refund. They are delaying the process and not giving any response.
