I purchased a healthcare policy for my parents from National Insurance with TTK as the TPA four years back. TTK haven't yet sent the cashless cards to my parents. I have contacted the Bangalore office multiple times for the same.
Either the phone doesn't get connected or I get o speck to an ill-trained good for nothing person. 3 times they confirmed to me that they will be sending the cards in the next 7 days, but nothing happened. I have also written mail to help@ttkhealthcareservices.com and have got only an autoreply. I am wondering how is this company surviving in the competitive market with such an appalling customtakeouter service. I am wondering what would happen if my parents have to contact TTK in case of a medical condition. I am continuing with TTK only because my parents are above 65 and only a few companies like National Insurance provide insurance for people above 65.
I am now actively looking for a new company with better service.
