One of those places which has most things going for it, but somehow fails to achieve the perfect balance. For starters, the name and location.
One would expect some form of a social interaction inside, going by its name; but the crowd inside reminds you of any other pub.
The best feature of this place is undoubtedly the theme. The rickety chairs, the rolled-up newspaper style menus, the tea served in kettles - all add up to the feel of this place and grab one's attention.
If nothing else, the decor is a good excuse for that second visit.
