Chupchap lelo is big time fraud website I placed an order for shoes and paid 1200+ 100 delivary charges and the product I got was completely different, damaged and cheap quality. We can find same or better stuff on the road for Rupees 100 or 200. When called customer care service and asked for the replecement or cash back and their reply were very rude and they would not replace it at any cost. I would request consumer authority to ban this website for cheating.
