Never Again !. Review on Chung Fa, East Street, Pune

I am back again to mouthshut after quite some time.

This time I must thank Chung Fa hotel to force me to come back to write on mouthshut.

we had nice evening at walking plaza and were quite happy untill we ate at chung Fa. When we reached it was as always crowded , few people waiting outside. Well, this has happened with us once . That time we were lucky, we had moved on to Chiense room , had excellent food.

However this time we were unlucky , reason being many people waiting started leaving to other hotels and finally our turn came in 10 mins only. quite surprised.

Anyway , coming to food. we were quite hungry as it was late. So did order for basic dishes and order Veg Fried rice , Veg American Chopsuey. I always think, if I am going to hotel first time, I would try the basic dishes we normally don't go wrong. I have an idea that chiense food differrs in tastes, this much knowledge I did gather from my overseas trips. However I never thought I could have the worst food in my own Pune.

Food was intolerable. Rice was looked cooked for a day (or days ) before. It had stale smell thought it was fresh micorwaved Hot Rice. It had any kind of taste.

American chopsey was the worst. Can you imagine fried nooedles soaked in Tomato sause having no trace of any vegetables . It was exactly that. A sour - est fried noodles in tomato... I felt like vomitting anytime

Now we felt like telling the owner about it when he passed , He looked very reluctant. But I don't know why so much crowd . Guess and hope they all are first timers...

Well, saying anything to owner could mean hardly anything to him. So I thought of carrying the all food packed. we payed and left. Handed over the food to a begger ..

Thanks chung fa , you made me do some charity.No ownder there were many beggers just outside the hotel.

The cost is also quite high compared to others. And moreover this hotel hardly deserves a single penny.

Guess, am writting down my frustations. Hope you won't be victims..
