Does not qualify for being a Catholic School. Review on Christ School, Bangalore

I'm a Catholic, and I have studied all my life in a Catholic school. I understand that Catholic schools are known for their quality of education, discipline and bringing out the best of you as a student. Well this is my experience and perception of Christ School, Bangalore when my kid joined the school until 1st standard.

Kindergarten and pre-school(LKG-UKG) is excellent. Teachers are really kind, caring, friendly and role models for kids. At least that's that I and my wife felt. Teachers like Reena, Leela and Sujata were the best I came across.

Once my kid goes to primary, your perception goes 360 degrees. All hell break loose for your kid. Teachers are rude and really don't care about your child's growth and future. They beat kids regularly and treat kids like animals. Neither the teachers, staff or principle are bothered if you complain. Most of the parents know their kids condition but feel scared of teachers avenging during their academic year. That's a typical mentality of Indian parents. Well I didn't keep quite and complained against the teacher who beat my kid. Unfortunately my complain went to deaf ears. They gave unreasonable and unacceptable excuses. That's when I and my wife decided to take our son out of the school. And we did it!

The school is excellent until pre-primary. After that don't continue sending your kid or believe me the confidence and smartness your kid has, will be lost just like my complains towards the teachers.
