If you want good Kashmiri food, this is the place to be. The intereior I must say is very unique and unusual. Expect a 1927 Fiat roadster for a salad bar, a spiral staircase that leads nowhere, an eclectic mix of tables (one created from a four-poster bed and another from an antique sewing-machine table), and a similar mix of chairs - all collected from chor (thieves') bazaars around India. You can also expect excellent North Indian cuisine, especially Kashmiri. Try ghazab ka tikka (tandoori chicken coated with cheddar cheese), lightly cooked haaq (Kashmiri spinach), dal Chor B'zar (a thick, dark lentil preparation flavored with tomatoes and cream), or dum aloo Kashmiri (spicy potatoes), follow it all with kahwah, fragrant Kashmiri tea.
