Had visited Manori Palm beach Resort on 13 April 2009 for an overnight corporate trip. The visit and the experience to this place was pathetic. The mgmt does not know the term Hospitality.
The moment we arrived at the hotel the manager asked for advance cash to be settled in full and we paid the money (approx 15000) with a balance to be paid Rs 2000. The mgmt did not hand over the keys until we paid resmining money.
the way the staff talks and the ay they treat the guest is what I have never seen in my so far visits to any place across India and outside.
Altough Food was ok.
You cant play cricket for football in the resort. You cant buy and extra room. The charges for the A/c room are eponentially high.
Altough this resot has a swimming pool , I would never recommned anyone to visit this resort.
People trying to visit Manori Island should definitely look for an alternate option and should not visit or recommned this place to anyone.
