I have purchased Exide battery( Model IN1350; Mfg code 4D3; Sno D018124) on 18th Oct 2013)for my APC Inverter.
I chose Exide battery with lot of confidence on the company and products even though product cost is higher than the competitors. This product is expected to work for minimum period of 4 years. My confidence on Exide product is shattered when the battery failed just after 2years immediately after the warranty is expired.
It is very poor quality product. Exide company is very bad in attending to customer complaints. They do not answer our complaints. I wrote two letters asking the reasons for premature failure of this product. Exide did not care to acknowledge even. It is ISO 9000 company. God knows how they got this certificate. If you want to waste your money choose Exide products.
