I am using Ryben Inverter brand in Chennai for last Eight Years with exide make battery. Very much satisfactory product and good maintenance and immediate service support . I bought it directly from inverter manufacturer and till date it is working fine during power cuts.
I referred it to many friends and relatives. One feature I like in this inverter is it indicates low voltage or high voltage presents in our line and also protects our light and fan from same. I am using entire load in my house. We use mixie also during powercuts. Replaced my exide battery four years back and now planning to replace again this month. Just I want to share my experience.
Have a good product. My advice - Since we are using it to essential place like home or office, it is very important to go for Inverter brand who is offering immediate, same day service support. But many inverter brand companies use agencies for service work. check whether they offer same day service. Bye.
