Voltas Service is good in winter when you do not need AC. In summer, , they are not available for our help.
I raised one service request two weeks back since AC is not working, till now they did not revert back. I feel that the Voltas service and the quality of AC is getting degraded day by day, is it because it is driven by Tata(Similar to Tata cars)?
I am really irritated with their service, it is equivalent to me of not having AC at home. I should have gone for Samsung or some other AC. I also suggest all of you to not go for Voltas AC at all.
We cannot fix issues in AC, so we need to reply on customer support..
