I own a Venus Splash storage type water heater for the last one and a half years, and it has no problems. It has got option to adjust the temperature of the water. During cold days you can set the temperature to a higher value.
Unless other water heaters, this one has got a double coil inside. So even if one coil fails, the other one will function. So, the heating is very good, and once switched on, the water gets heated in 8 minutes, when the temperature is set to the factory setting mark provided.
Switch the heater on for 10 min, and you have enough hot water for two people to take bath.
It has got very good insulation and therefore the water stays hot for more than 6 hrs.
The heater also comes in very good colors to match your walls. The shape is also a bit different and I like it too.
