Washing Machines are very useful appliance which makes our work of washing clothes easier and simpler .
Few decades back when washing machines were not very popular washing clothes daily was a tedious task, specially in monsoon and winter, it was difficult to wash and dry clothes daily.
Thankfully now the market is flooded with washing machines from various brands in affordable range so people can easily afford buying one.
Washing Machines are of two main type Automatic and Semi automatic .Further it is divided into two categories Top loading and Front Loading.Choosing a washing machine depends on requirement according to family size, budget etc .
If money is not a constraint one can buy Fully automatic washing machine in which one needs to soak clothes, detergent, do the required settings and forget, the clothes will be washed and dried. Here washer and drier are same that there is a single tub for both.They are the best one in the market .
In semiautomatic ones one had to drain and fill the water for subsequent cycles .Then again the clothes needs to dried in drier which is separate from washer .So semi automatic machine requires more time and effort then the automatic ones .I have been using Godrej Top load Semi automatic Machine past 15 years, Its working fine .it can take load up to 5 kg.
We had purchased it at a price of Rs 6500 /- and I am satisfied with it, never thought of buying a new one though many people suggested me to take a fully automatic one .
The top loading washing machines are better than front loading washing machine as one can add more clothes in between wash cycle in top loadding one which is not possible in front loading washing machines.So choose a good washing machine from a reputed brand according to your family need.
