IFB washing machine service is WORST in Bangalore . I have raised request on 21 days back. Still technician is not attended this issue. Whenever we called to IFB customer care they said it will be resolve in next 24 hrs.
last service time, One technician attended and he said you have to buy one water filter equioment, we bought that aroound 2000 rupees then other technician came and he said that this is not required and he removed it. Finally we losed 2000 rupees.
All technicians are saying that you have take AMC(Annual maintence changres) otherwise IFB washing machine parts are very expensive. So We have taken AMC also but when we asked to technician to check parts and performance, they said everything is fine. Every month we are facing one issue with washing machine becuase of IFB service is Worst.
