I Bought a IFB machine three years ago. It stopped working last week and I made a complaint last Friday, 10/02/2012 to the IFB Call center. I was told that my complaint would be attended by their technician with 24 hours. But it has already been 72 hours but still no one has reported. I also updated my phone number when I made my complaint. I don't know whether it has been taken into account.
I have never experienced such a poor customer service with any other appliances.
