In today's competitive world, one has to be very focussed of what he wants to do in his future. The career one wants to pursue should be chosen well in advance so that he can choose a specific stream through which the advanced course can be done. Choosing a career depends on you aptitudes and what interests you.
A) For people who like to deal with Business Situations :
The qualities that you should have are that you should be able to instruct people and interact with them. They should have the skill of negotiation and supervision. They should be able to handle situations. You should be able to deal with facts and figures. Concentration and reasoning powers are the aptitudes needed. Besides the above should interest you. One should be capable enough to work on his own.

(C) For people who like to deal with Practical Work:
These people should have the efficiency to deal with practical work and a good self confidence. Besides having a good stamina, good health, manual skill are also needed for this. Defence Services, Marine Engineering, Pharmacy, Photography, Pilot etc come under this category.
(D) For people who are artisitic and like creative work :
Aptitudes like creative imagination and skill are very essential. Besides they should have above average talent, perfection. Determination and Perseverence in one's work is also needed.
