If this company is interested in getting repeat sales, it needs to call up all the existing customers and tell them that it has fired its service franchisee in Delhi. I am sure that customers in other cities also have similar horrible experiences with their after sales.
Without doubt, the franchisee is being paid by a rival company to bring bad name to this otherwise okay company.
They don't register a complain even if you call the service centre personally. Of course, if you call the centralised customer care service (and even if somebody picks up the phone) you complain will not be correctly listed. And if you manage to get a service personnel, and he calls the office for a clarification, the poor service personnel is scolded for attending a complaint that he had not been given. (it is a different matter that the complaint had been listed 4 days ago).
If you want to buy IFB products, do so only if you are a washing machine engineer yourself.
