Seimens cannot repair their own product. Review on Choosing a Dishwasher

I bought this seimens diswasher and it has stopped working for four times so far.  Their technician do not come before 4-5 days of logging the complaint and when they come they are so incapable that they cannot make the diagnosis correctly.  Some even dont open it and just by description of problem tell that a part of 8000 or 10000 needs to be replaced.  Yes, none of the part is less than Rs 5000 and the worst part is that they cannot repair any of it.  A machine which itself costs 35-40K has parts which cost so high.  A middle class cannot afford this, because the cost of machine, detergent, salt and rinse aid itself is more than the bai(kamwali) apart from that every now and then it stops working, so it is not at all advisable to middle class.  Their technicians has never diagnosed the problem right on first visit, and when scrutinizing further they comeup with a less expensive and reliable solution.  If you dont argue then they will replace a part costing several thousands of rupees.  Recently, I logged a complaint 0470449265 with a followup number 4240093171.  First they told me heater is damaged which needs replacement and that will cost Rs 8000/-.  Then, when I argued further, they sent another technician who told me some circuit is damaged and needs replacment which costs Rs 7000.  Earlier also when I had logged complaints, the first technician told me the inlet valve needs replacment which will cost Rs 4000, then again I argued and they sent another technician who solved the problem without replacing any part and by just simply cleaning the water passages.  They are just looting int he name of germany.  They so incapable engineers that they cannot repair a part that they have made.  Also if you decide to replace the part, it takes almost a month for them to get it because they say that they have to get it from germany, so they are selling a product of daily use which they cannot repair in months.  Horrible.  I would suggest to by some other local brands for whom you can find a local person to repair it and also you can get the part cheaper and easily .  I would never recommend anybody to by a seimens or bosch washing machine.
