I have been using I.F.B. Neptune since Dec 2009.the product is good.It is easy to use.It is recommended for fine china, crystal ware, and silverware too.Your daily dishes also come out clean.It is a great help as maids are difficult to get and do not adhere to a specific time.
The problem is that the IFB service is atrocious.I have had bad experience with IFB after sales service though my machine is under AMC. Do a word of caution check out on the service before you buy this product.At some point of time one needs to get some repair done and then the IFB customer care is just no good. There telephone numbers go unanswered, their technicians never adhere to a time schedule.They take 15-20 days to procure parts and even longer to install them.
So think twice before you buy their dishwasher.
