Connection that never gets disconnected-Airtel

Airtel is one of the best DSL connections I have used to date.

I have used BSNL and also another local cable service.BSNL is good as far its working good.Once it starts giving trouble we would never get any service from them and keeps disconnecting.

I have been using Airtel for the past 27 months and touch wood I have never faced any trouble so far:).Its been a really wonderful experience as far as this relation with Airtel goes.

The only instance I could remember was I had found I was getting disconnected after every 30 minutes or so.This happened after a month of getting the Airtel connection.I had given a complaint at 11Am in the morning and the customer service people told me a guy would come within 4hours and resolve the issue.I never believed his words and asked him what if he doesnt turn up? They informed me that I would be credited a amount of 400Rs if this doesn't happen in the next 4Hrs.

To my surprise I found a guy knocking my door in the next 2 hours and it was from Airtel. He found out that the problem was due to the USB connection I had initially as I was not able to get a Ethernet card connected to the PC.He had advised me to get a ethernet card as that works more efficiently than USB cable.I accepted his suggestion and got an ethernet card and it resolved the issue.

There has never been any trouble there after.I have disconnected my BSNL connection and have also surrendered my landline connection as I thought AAirtel is far better than BSNL.

I have never faced any troubles in billing as many others have complained and reported initially.I have been using a 256Kbps unlimited connection that gives a constant download limit of 32KBps .I have been downloading many movies and softwares through torrents though.

I have recently bought a Wi-Fi router from them and have returned the modem taken on rent as I have got a Lappy recently:)

If anyone is planning to get a connection I would recommend and strongly recommend to go for Airtel Broadband without thinking twice. If you need any suggestions you are always welcome to send me a M2M and I ll reply you back.

Note:  I AM NOT A AIRTEL EMPLOYEE.This is just a recommendation and my personal experience.*
