Hi we bought a cooking hob in January and the glass top was broken by accident on may 2nd. It has been 30 days since the complaint was raised - complaint number KAR0093635. Despite our repeated calls to the CC and hyderabad local area service manager Mr Madhu sudan and sevice engineer Mr krishna mohan the part is not replaced yet. One, they said the part doesn't cover under warranty and two, no one from Hindware has any idea of when the spare part is going to be available and when they can replace. The area service manager says that the part is in transit and the it went to a wrong city then the part got damaged in transit and they have re booked it. Today, after buying a sopposed to be a premium category cooking hob worth Rs 17000 we are stranded with no service when the product got broken within 4 months of purchasing. We need someone from Hindware to look in to this issue and provide us the service.As the below reviwe rightly mentioned, prospective customers look for after sales service more than fancy looks.
