I purchased a Robam Hob just about 2 years ago. One of the burners stopped working. After making a complaint their engineer came to fix the problem on the 3rd day! He said that since the hob was out of warranty, there will be charges to fix it. He fixed the burner and by the evening, it again stopped working. I called him and he came back the next day and charged me more money and fixed some part and it was working. By the evening, 2 burners stopped burning. Called him again, he took money and fixed it and again both the burners are not working. Seems like they are not able to sell their shitty product so are making money this way! Please, never buy this useless product. My Sunflame cooking range with burners lasted me 15 years and never once was there such a problem!
