I had a misfortune of registering my kid for 11th class, Giraffe class at the school for CBSE curriculum and AIEEE. The entire experience has been terrible to say the least. The coordinator is just not available to listen to your complaints. He is there on the first day to collect your fees but then has chosen not to answer your mobile calls/SMSs. The classes are in-frequent, the tutors are either absent or arrive late- there is a constant attrition without appropriate replacement.
No tests or assignments were given to the classes for the entire year. The class timings are changes last minute and by that time the students have already left their respective homes. The most of the subjects have incomplete portions by end of the year.
My simple request is not to fall prey to the Giraffe classes. They lack ethics and professional approach.
