-> if you are done with the first list visit them and note their interest in you personally.
->now you are done again evaluate them and shortlist them.If the number is less take a person who is good at negotiation and get the best deal.
-> if they are more in number then just manipulate them and et them come down by themselves as they are all in competition.But don't greed for more when you are done make the deal.
