When it comes to an ISP I always want to be very secure.
As I think, you all must be knowing about BSES which gives a superb performance due to there optic fiber cable lines.
These cable people take the same connection from these people and supply to us, which leads to make the Internet very slow, as they make many people use only a single line. and the cable line which they use is also not so good to support the heavy traffic, which leads to disconnection of the Internet, which normally bugs me.
The installation charges which these cable people take may be less compared to what BSES take but service dose matter.
So as a whole I dont think that the cable lines could ever give us that service which an Optic fiber cable lines can give.
