Let me share my exp with Airtel broadband service. I’ve applied for a new connection on July and with in two weeks one guy hari prasad from Airtel visited my place. Without checking and feedback to me abt the feasibility he fled with 550 registration money. He said with in 2 days installation would happen. But nothing has happened for one month.
When I contacted airtel customer care, I have been told that there is some server update going on and they cant get the details for 2 more days. Again I called 5 times in month and was getting same answer. So I asked executive to connect to his manager and then his manager gave same craps and promised me to wait 5 more days. Nothing had happened in those 5 days (I don’t know who is following up the current issue after a customer made a compliant and got a promising answer from aitel manager).
I called airtel manager again and asked what the hell is going on. He said system data base update going on for almost one month (Bull shit). Because of his promise and commitments I bought a new beetel modem outside and keeping it in my house for no use. Then I asked them to refund my money for the connection and they agreed. Finally I am in lost and never go for airtel hereafter. Already I made my 5 friends to quite airtel connection. I am happy that I done that. Now I am satisfied. So please don’t go for Airtel.
