I am going to share my opinion about this hotel. I was visited the chennai branch. That is very big in size. But I would not like their service because they are so costly and also not worthy for the money. Their service is not really good. I was booked a single deluxe room, once I was order for a drink they did not come.
And also they refused it Once again I was called them regarding that issue but they did not come again and I went to their place and asked about it. After that also they did not give proper response so really I hate this hotel service.
