After reading through some interesting reviews on Chocolate, I decided I would write one to give it a little more credit. Apparently , Anil Kapoor (and this is not a quote) in an interview has mentioned that this movie targets a different audience. Well it sure does coz I kinda liked it.

It kinda reminded me of the Pulp Fiction types( I apologise for the comparison all you die hard fans of Tarantino and Pulp Fiction). Maybe that's why at times you do feel a little confused. This movie does leave a lot of scope for discussion after it ends. And that's when things might clear up. Yes there are a few loose ends but otherwise the plot has been handled pretty well.

You have to watch the movie as an entertainment and not for any individual performances. It is difficult to concentrate the plot around one character when you have so many of them. All of them play their part in one way or the other.

I liked <a href = 'https://mouthshut.com/review/Chocolate-82923-1.html'>''normally_crazy'''s<
;/a> description of the actors especially about Sunil Shetty, though I would beg to differ about Emraan Hashmi. I think he was out in to give that added cool effect (along with Arshad Warsi) and they both do it pretty well.

The music is Ok. You can read <a href ='https://mouthshut.com/review/Chocolate-79444-1.html'> pleaseu2</a> for more info on that. Halka Halka is taken well. But I thought the video and the song Khalish se was pretty cool. It shows the dilema and the internal conflict that all the characters are facing. And I would give good points to the lady's voice. Pretty haunting I should say.

We should give some credit to Vivek Agnihotri in trying to handle a plot like this. Overall he has done a pretty good job. Yes I guess he should know that the audience are much smarter these days and can recognise our Maruti's anywhere :) Keep that in mind Vivek :)

Also has anyone noticed the significance of the blue dial (cannot say the brand for sure, my guess is its an Omega) watch.... Let me know your thoughts on that one.

My verdict... a definite watch.. if you like it .. you're gonna love it .. else .. you can come back and let it all out :)
