The gym has got its act together. Now its an excellent place for a workout.
I recommend it to anyone. The aerobics classes, especially in the mornings and evenings are a wonderful thing. I am glad to have a gym with such minute attention to detail in our neighbourhood. And the music is fabulous. Hats off to the current management for making a positive change possible.
Its good they got rid of the old trainers
