Saw this chutney in the supermarket. Since I have a knack of trying out new stuff every now and then, I picked it up instantly. Also because just by the looks of it, it looked very spicy and I love spicy food. It has the most amazing taste and you know what, its not that spicy.
I don't recognize most of the ingredients but red chilis and garlic are the prominent tasting ones. You can spread it on sandwiches, maggi, on pizza, eat it with lunch, with momos, with samosas.anything. It just enhances the taste of any dish you add it to. I love its taste. That is why I call it an all rounder chutney because it can literally be added to anything.
I work in night shifts and need my mid night snacks. Using Chings schezwan chutney, I can instantly make something that tastes delicious.
