I had heard of them but never tried them. After all with Cathay, Singapore, Thai airlines flying to the east, I never really felt the need.
I had to leave for Taiwan on short notice and with no direct flights I decided to try the airline though I must say with a lot of doubts.
The check in was courteous. The Aircraft turned out to be great with a 2-4-2 seating.I think it was a A 330.
The crew was good, the food better. The personlised video/audio with a wide selection of old and new films was superb. Fortunately for me the flight was not full and I had a comfortable journey.
The overall experience was indeed GREAT.
The indian food from Taipei to Delhi could have been better though.
the flight actually reached taipei ahead of scheduled arival time. It left Taipei dot on time
