Dear friends, now I would like to share my own experience about chidambaram, because so many times I visited there.
Chidambara;s Accesibility is good. In chidambaram there is a big NATARAJ TEMPLE(SIVA TEMPLE) which emphasize our ancient culture. It was built in a ancient period. Hence chidambaram is one of the ancient temple in Tamilnadu. There are four entry ways for the temple. for new persons it is very difficult to identify their location!
Near the temple oen KALI temple is there. That also built in ancient period! Both temple are built by one of the Chola King. Temples are maitaining clean & night. Near Chidambaram one important picnic place Pichavaram. In Pichavaram boating experience giving us good enjoyment.
In Chidambaram cheap & best Hotels are availible. They are collecting Rs.600/- per day for accomodation. Meals also cheap.
But we should not go Pichavaram after 06.00pm, because there is no safetey there.
