I bought a Chevy Spark LT onOct 2009 last, Kolkata Dealer (Dulichand) made a promise to us for a gold coin; same offer wrote in a paper, I have not received the same till today 23rd June 2010.
There office staff behavior is very rude.
Mileage is very much unsatisfactory. Never above 11 km/lit with AC on, city plus highway.
Ground clearance is bad, Spark bottom touches bumper on the road very often, and even you drive very carefully.
Engine is noiseless. With very good acceleration rate & good maneuverability.
Service standard at the workshop unsatisfactory, they do not follow the service manual.
Just namesake, for my car they have not changed Engine sump oil & Filter, they lied to me about the job that they did it. Though it was under 6 months schedule. Don’t allow owner to check physically all maintenance carried out as per makers or not.
So how can you run the car for long term with peace in mind? If the maintenance is not to the mark, & less no of service station in the country. I personally meet the AGM of the dealer & informed him all above matter. Lets see…
Update-
1 st July 2010-I have asked for a KM/Lit test. After frequent call to the Workshop, finally made an appointment on 2nd July, they have sent a confirmation over SMS, but received a call from then at the evening that they have cancelled the appointment.
So what I shall think about this outrageous behavior?
