Since we have purchased chevrolet cruze from the company (auto vikas motinagar) we have got many problems with the car' every time we complain while servicing but yet not cleared , we have given this car many of the times for servicing but we couldn't get satisfaction.these all 2.0 engines car is specially for the pick ups n cruze having a solid pick up that's why I am choosing this one but now we have biggest problem with this car if the car speed get over 100km/hr.
It will get vibrate n bubbled and this complain has been registered with the every time while servicing but yet not solved more over whenever co.s executive of regent automobile commit of car picking from our place for servicing, they don't come to pick it and we called up for the same, they even blamed us for not given any booking for the services the car and after dat they will commit to booked a car for servicing after one week instead of they commit to picked a car immediate or tomorrow. this is all services regent auto-mobile faridabad is providing to the customer.
Or we can say regent wont able to complete there commitments or might we have done the biggest mistake to purchased the chevrolet cruze
