Cruze dealer Deedi MotorsTrivandrum is now well known for cheating it's customers. Now it seems that it is their policy to cheat the customers thinking that, if one customer go another will fall in as their prey. I am writing this in frustration that I have already booked a Cruze AT vehicle from them. At the time of booking they did not have a demo vehicle for a test drive.
They gave me a test drive in a manual vehicle. Then the guy offered me a test drive in automatic vehicle saying, he will bring a vehicle but not a demo car. I was wondering how is this possible?. To my surprise he brought a vehicle and I took a test drive. While driving I asked him how he has managed to bring the car. He said this vehicle is booked by another customer and delivery is due next week, so until then we will give test drive. I asked him what will happen if the customer come to know about this, The guy who is the sales lead not in his uniform said with a grin, "The customers come today will not be seen tomorrow so we don't care"
What an attitude and what a foolish way to deal with a new customer!
Then the guy told me to book the vehicle at the earliest because GM is going to hike the price in 2 days. Later I came to know that, actually there was one weeks time for the hike. But I made the booking by paying Rs 50000. At that time there was one vehicle in the showroom and one lying at their yard. He said the one at showroom is already sold and the other vehicle can be given to me. I went and saw the vehicle lying in an open space and is having rusted wheels and a damaged and disoriented driver seat. On questioning he agreed that the vehicle is lying there since 2 months.
It was dirty muddy on all the tyres and the odometer was showing 43 kilometers. GM delivers the vehicle safely right in front of their gate and the vehicle need not run more than 5km before delivering to customer. So I decided not to take this one but noticed the engine number seen on a sticker on the bonnet in my iPhone. The guy didn't notice this. He said new vehicle will come after 4 days. I came back home and after 3 days he called me and said your vehicle is arriving at 3 o clock today. I reached the showroom at around 4 to
see my vehicle. Then I checked the odometer and found 52 km. I asked him to show me the engine number. It was the same vehicle I saw 4 days back.
I said do not try to cheat me and I am not going to buy this vehicle. But the guy was continuously trying to make me believe that it is a new vehicle arrived at the same day.

Now I insisted for new vehicle again and waiting for it. I am really frustrated and thinking of cancellation of my booking because I am not able to trust them for such a deal. These idiots will try to cheat me in every way possible. And if I buy the vehicle I will have to depend on them for after sale too. Later I found cheating stories of the same dealer in some reviews. Just search in google "Cheating by Deedi Motors Trivandrum"
Some reviews say they are cheated on each service by replacing expensive parts which are actually not damaged. Later I got some advice that these things will not happen without the knowledge of the dealer and hence no use of complaining to him. When I spoke to him , Yes the be..er is siting there with readymade answers and is not ready to listen to anything.
I will surely update future developments on this issue here and Team BHP and other major review websites.
