Misguiding the customers. Review on Chevrolet Beat

I recently bought a BEAT from Regent automobiles. This was my second GM car and I am thoroughly disappointed this time. Reasons are as under :

1. The company claims of mileage of 18.7km/ltr are false. The car gives a mileage in the range 10-12.5km only. (For those looking for economy It is advisable to go for other alternatives available in the market)

   
   




2. The management is not accessible and immune to any customer complaints. The customer care centre does the work of a postman only.

   
   




3. Regent auto of Delhi/Faridabad also follows the same line unlike Autovikas on Shivaji Road. The vehicle was delivered in the most unprofessional manner, and till date I am running to the dealership for rectification of defects.

   
   




4. Though the vehicle is excellent in the looks it has some inherent defects like the miserably low mileage and the constant humming/vibration in the pedals - in short it does not give a smooth ride.
