Finally they delivered the gift after one day -next night!!!
I paid for a gift on my mom's birthday 12th december, i got the below mail, and I cannt reach there phone number also
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you regarding the order ID:COF-111220118 that due to some unavoidable circumstances we are unable to do the delivery today.We will do the delivery tomorrow as earliest.
