Never choose Chennai Packers & Movers. Review on Chennai Packers and Movers

I made a very big mistake by choosing Chennai Packers and movers while getting relocated from Chennai to Bangalore. These guys are very irresponsible, careless and rude. The packing itself was very bad. One example is that they ignored my requests to provide some packing material for the double- cot parts which resulted in lot of scratches on it. They told that they have two options for transport- one sharing and the other separate. They told that if I go for separate, they would directly load the items in the container and deliver it directly to the new location. But they actually transported it to some other vehicle along with some other material. Because of this, they didn't delivered all the items at the new location. they missed deliberately some items like ward robe, double cot, and a couple of other cotton boxes. Nobody took responsibility of that. when I called Chennai branch, they told that they already sent that and when I contacted Bangalore branch, they told that they did not received and other times, they told that they are unable to trace the items. Finally after repetitive calls, I got the items after 10 days. I had to call them atleast 10 times a day. If my luck is good, they would pick up the phone for one time. I never saw such irresponsible fellows.. The items I received were also in very bad condition. Double cot bed was torn, there were scratches on the fridge (eventhough packed), plastic items got broken (including fridge stand) etc. etc. I request everybody not to go for Chennai packers and movers to retain your mental health and to keep your items safe.
