Let us get it straight. It is pretty difficult to find a'good' Ford service center in India. Most of them do pretty well at creating a long list of unsatisfied customers. I am one.
8 months back I had an insurance claim for which until today, the excess amount charged from me has not been refunded.
In my last service(4 months back), they misplaced off one of the carpet(original) and are yet to figure out where it went.
My car is registered for a plan(by paying~10k) which provides protection against spare part price escalation during services. The 3 services which I've done thus far at Chennai Ford has not had it reflected in the bills! I have not received a single rupee benefit after paying INR 10, 000 for a plan which claims to offer me spare prices at 2014 rates!
The car headlights have lost its brightness after the car returned from service and no one knows why?!
I was wondering if I am the only one having such issues and one long wait at their lobby proves me wrong. Almost all the customers are'stuck' with such FASS service centers.
Anyone who decide to purchase a Ford, please note that you'd buy a nice car, but should learn to service it yourself or give it for service at a multicar service center where you know the guys would not fleece you!:)
