I was working with Chate Coaching Classes, Khar(W) branch in the year 2010. I worked as a Science teacher for the initial month, then taking into account my performance they game me Maths too to teach.
All the student's liked my way of teaching. And I'm still in touch with many of them. For Chate classes, I would like to say they didn't pay me my salary on time. I worked here for about 3 months, and it was in the third month that I received my first months salary.
I left almost two months salary since they said they didn't have collections so cannot pay the salary. All my repeated requests to the Branch Manager Mrs. Rekha(then) has turned to deaf ears. She said to contact Mr. Jain at the HO Dadar(E) branch.
After repeated telephonic requests, I couldn't get through to him and they made several excuses like he is out of town and all.
I left my job for better prospects. Its till today that I haven;t received my salary.
The Khar(W) branch has shut down long back. Further, Chate coaching classes is no longer the same in the education industry as its market has been completely eaten by other Big Players like MT Educare(Mahesh Tutorials).
Its said that'As you sow so shall you reap'(Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharni) which is true for chate classes.
I would hereby like to advice all students and parents too not to send their children to Chate Classes as it would be a waste of your hard earned money, time and energy. They teaching is below sub-standard level.
Also, I would like to advice everyone not to take up a job here ever.
